Photobook Pass is an annual subscription where members pay an upfront fee in order to enjoy members-only benefits for 365 days.

We have two (2) options available for all types of customers. Each plan are valid for 365 days. Remember to also register your date of birth with us, so we can send you a Birthday Surprise voucher!
Premium and Family Value plans give you an additional discount up to 10% for every purchase.

Yes, it is applicable for all products and shipping options, i.e. Standard, Express and Super Rush. This privilege is only applicable to Premium PASS members.

  1. Check Shipping Credit - View your balance at the PASS dashboard. Click here.
  2. Complete Your Project - Click ‘Order’ to proceed to the shopping cart and shipping details.
  3. Select Shipping Credits at checkout - Use your Shipping Credits to offset your shipping fee. If your balance is insufficient, you may pay for the difference.

This privilege is only applicable to Family Value Plan Pass Members.

  2. Complete Your Project - Click ‘Order’ to proceed to the shopping cart and shipping details.
  3. Your remaining Store Credits will be shown on the Shopping Cart page. Should you have balance of Store Credits, it will be automatically applied on the final ‘Shipping & Payment’ page. If your balance is insufficient, you may pay for the difference via other payment methods, such as credit card.
  4. You may opt for another payment method to pay over Store Credits, by removing the store credits on the ‘Shipping & Payment’ page, under ‘Order Subtotal’.

The free product is applicable for one (1) photobook up to the value of your Pass voucher. If the value of the photobook ordered is below your voucher value, you will not be entitled for a refund on the differences. If the photobook ordered is valued above your voucher value, additional charges for price differences are applicable and can be paid during checkout. The voucher is applicable for photobooks, additional pages, upgrades and accessories. This privilege is only applicable to Premium PASS members.

Currently, Photobook Pass is only available on our web and not on the Photobook App.

Photobook Pass is only available in the country of your shipping address.

You can only have one (1) subscription at a time.

Your Photobook Pass membership is non-transferable.

You can renew your membership by visiting the Photobook Pass page and purchase the package of your choice.

You can terminate your subscription within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that you have NOT utilised any of the benefits that come with your Photobook Pass membership. Please contact our Support Team via email or call.
